2. Analyze - We analyze your operations, map your Order-to-Cash cycle, then provide an analysis that shows how we can impact your bottom line.
3. Engage - We RFP carriers to negotiate new rates and set standards of operation - which you've already defined.
4. Implement - After you select preferred carriers, we integrate with your G/L coding and set up your AdvantageTMS, AdvantageView and AdvantageTrace systems.
5. Monitor - Your transportation invoices will be audited weekly to ensure carrier compliance. We also meet regularly with your team to ensure proper integration and adoption.
